Why did you "formatiert" your card in the first place?
Anyway, what you can do :
1. If your car is still in warranty, go to your dealer and ask for a replacement. Indeed, the newer TSB's with regards to the Nav System found out a "classic" fehler (corrupt SD card due to taking the card out whilst the CMU is reading/writing on it.)
2. Buy a new one with your fMH (some 560 Eur hier in Belgien)
3. Buy a new one for approx. 200 Eur on Ebay.
4. If you know something about computers, and you have some time, go to : EU maps: download with CID - 2004 to 2016 Mazda 3 Forum and Mazdaspeed 3 Forums. Card will couple to your CX-5 VIN after 100km. Bonus : 3 year map updates.
